American Idol: My choice for this week's #1 performance

If people can't stop talking about it, it's gotta be good. The buzz surrounding this performance is deafening, actually.

The more I watch it, the better I like it. Purists all hate it, but I think it's creative, original and bold.

For the second week in a row, Adam Lambert is my choice for #1 performance of the week. Here he is with Ring of Fire:

OK, so now we know who you love, but what we need to know is who you think will (or should) be voted out.

As for Adam, he is incredibly talented, but I wasn't a fan of that performance. Simon went too far in his criticism, but I agree with him that the performance was indulgent.

With all the talent Adam has, he should show more range (not in his voice, but in the variety of his performances). He basically performs every song the same way.

My personal favourite: Allison Iraheta

I think she's awwsome.

Allison is indeed awesome. I did indeed announce who I thought would be voted out this week: Michael Sarver. However, I wouldn't be one bit surprised if Alexis is voted out instead. If you read my column, my predictions are there.
