Texas teacher's vicious attack on student gets her fired

I don't care what he did to get her this upset, but she has no business teaching children with disciplinary issues if she can't control herself. She's the adult.

Although charter schools and privatized education are all the rage in some circles, this is exactly why so many people are concerned about them.

And people forget that we in Canada have a history with such schools, and that government and managers are still paying settlements for the abuses that took place in them.

It's a matter of ensuring proper supervision and the hiring of qualified people, too. Much easier NOT to do in a charter school, of course.
